Review of Tuna Sashimi at Herbivore by pomwei
This is how the 5-sashimi platter looks like!
The tuna sashimi was much more superior in taste and texture even w/o the need for soy sauce or wasabi as taste and texture enhancers. The tuna surprisingly had a meaty-fatty and smooth texture like a Chu-toro cut, while having a light and sweet seafood taste that was even better than most Akami.
P.S. I’m not a fan of omni-tuna
