The Lychee is so fresh which is encrusted in a smooth and soft jelly. A
pleasant dessert (one of my favorites). #vegancake

$59.90 for 8 inch. First time trying Greendot’s cake! Ordered it for Mother’s Day. Lychee
and jelly was quite refreshing, just that the cake part was huat kueh-like 😅 Overall the cake isn’t too obviously ‘kueh’ because the cream, lychees and jelly help to balance the taste
Will try other Greendot cakes next time!

naturally dyed pink using dragonfruit. Overall a light, moist, and beautiful cake. Sweet but not perfume-y or cloying.
This cake doesn't have a right being this good. The slight tartness from the lychee
marries with the cream and the light fluffy cake so nicely! 🥺💕 I love it so much!
