Vegan avo benny

I was never a huge fan of benny’s but this guy changed that! The avo, hollandaise and tofu “egg” were just 👌🏼.

So good! Sour dough English muffin, smashed avo, tomato, tofu and a good helping of yummy hollandaise sauce. I had hash browns on the side(awesome) or you could choose a salad
