Red Velvet Smoothie

VERS zuid is very disappointing. They claim to be ‘fresh’ and ‘healthy’ and some people seem to like being fooled... In such a modern and trendy city like Antwerp it is odd to see that a place that sells such awful stuff is still doing OK. The only ‘healthy’ things on the menu are the juices and smoothies but they taste sour and are overpriced. Service is rude to boot. They also clearly didn’t get the memo on heart disease and cholesterol, not to mention causes of climate change + the fact that fewer and  fewer of us want to be co-responsible for animal cruelty.

I could have this every day. I probably should. Everything on the menu is plantbased, gluten-free and delicious.

Defn one of the best falafels in the world! Finjan and Rachel’s are excellent too.
