Amazing texture, not too chewy, very fresh inner section, although could be a little more frozen as mochi should be. Overall extremely satisfying!

Stays hot till the end. A bit too much noodles and light on vegetables…small change required. The flavoring was excellent - and it took them 15 mins, so I know they took the time to prepare it fresh, from scratch!

Outstanding texture, combination of flavors and presentation. The dried oranges give a beautifully bitter aftertaste to pair with the sugary crisp pavlova. Awesome experience and service too!

“Swiss made, consciously crafted”…I couldn’t agree more! Took me less than 3 days to finish this myself…couldn’t limit myself! Love the orange cocoa the most, not overly sweet, very unique texture and taste.
