I love it!
The texture is very similar to mince meat, the flavour is good, it just needs to be mixed with salt, peppe, maybe some spices exactly as you would do with mince meat, I made ragù pasta so I also added some tomato more

The idea is good, a vegan camembert but the final product need more thought.
You would expect a more rigid external part, but no it's a form of all the same cheese with the same consistency.
Overall good when heated up and more

Can I say the lack of vegan options at Carrefour France is embarrassing for a big brand in 2022?
The funniest thing is having 90% of VEGETERIAN products in the VEGAN corner.
And they keep limiting the options as for example more

mallory17 Seriously!!! My carrefour has one vegan meat option (lavie’s lardon) and zero vegan cheese options. They’re constantly out of non dairy milks (last time for like 6 weeks). At one point they offered 5 or6 different vegan butter alternatives but now they’re down to one. It doesn’t even have a “vegan” section. Reply
veggiechan I'm sorry for you 😩 it's a pity they avoid normalising not eating animals and their derivatives. The only option is to be vocal with them and people around us. Personally I've talked about with two of my neighbors, one is vegeterian and the other is lactose intollerant and they both agreed about the lack of choice there. It's already 3 unsatisfied customers that buy less from them, so... 💸💸💸1 likeReply

Pas ouf, je l'ai ajouté à une salade (salade, concombre, tomate, graines) e il ne rassemblait pas à du fromage crémeux.
Goût d'huile de coco solidifié plutôt que d'une crème.

Il ressemble vraiment à l'Emmental comme goût, la quantité est beaucoup et il fond assez bien.

Feta vegan, très bonne! Elle ressemble vraiment à la feta originelle. C'est vrai qu'elle a des gras mais il suffit de pas la consommer souvent. Parfait pour les plats froids en été.
