This is quite different to the tofu i’m used to. It’s proper dense and quite

dry. but that’s not necessarily a bad thing. Substantial and goes a long long way. I especially like that it’s readily available.
Bjorg has mostly vegetarian products, with a few vegan options. Mostly their plant milks, but Look out for dairy etc in their food products. Hope they consider going full vegan.

The tofu is great and made from biological soy - perfect to be mixed with

soy sauce, olive oil and paprika before cooked!

Pas mon préféré bien sûr mais facile à trouver. Cru avec de l'huile de sésame

grillé et de la fleur de sel ! Je ne dis jamais à un omnivore que je mange 'ça'. #groingroin

Adoro il tofu e lo preparo in mille modi diversi, il mio preferito è al

forno con la salsa di soia!

Bon on va pas se mentir le tofu nature c est pas incroyable mais l

accompagnement fait le tout. Je prends toujours cette marque. Je préfère le fumé.#groingroin
