Perfect Greek Salad enjoyed at Goji Vegan Hotel in Rhodes, where we spent a week 😊

Fresh tomatoes, cucumber, onion, greek olives and olive oil topped with the best feta & herbs.

We got a regular burger at this restaurant as well. Their vegan burger comes with a moving mountains patty. I’m not a fan of Beyond meat kind of stuff - this was similar but I actually think it was pretty good!

Some of the best nuggets I’ve tasted at a restaurant recently! These really were golden - perfect crunch, and great texture inside. If I remember correctly, these were soy-free made of peas and wheat protein. more

Literally the best pita gyros we had in Rhodes 🇬🇷, was found on the way to the historical site of Lindos. There is a vegan restaurant at the very beginning of the town below the acropolis!
