I absolutely love this tofu ramen! It’s spicy, light and full of vegetables! It’s becoming one of my go-to’s at Evexia 😋

I was skeptical at first, but it has a nice light flavor. It doesn’t taste EXACTLY like traditional Alfredo sauce, but it’s still pretty good. My mom and brother also liked it, and neither one of them are vegan :)
