At the time, this is their only vegan pastry but, it's absolutely delicious! Just the right sweetness to my black, unsweetened coffee.
Melt in my mouth delicious! This bagel sandwich is made with sauteed mushrooms, spinach, avocado, and tomato. Ask for a vegan bagel when ordering. The coffee is delicious here too!
Definitely recommend the vegan pizza at Little Coyote. While they are not an all vegan restaurant, their dough is. This pizza had just the right amount of garlic and was delicious! Great service too!
The lemon meringue is absolutely delicious! All their items are vegan and tasty!
The falafel came wrapped in a soft and tasty naan with cabbage, cucumber, and onion. The sauce it comes with is not vegan. I substituted a soy based sauce. Delicious!
Easy to use. I've made scrambles and crepes so far. Delicious! Next is oatmeal cookies!
This scramble is simple and tasty. The sun dried tomatoes added a sweetness to the dish.
The Wednesday special is delicious! Full of flavor, juicy, and messy. Very filling. Remember though, Wednesdays only.
Delicious blend of black beans, chipotle aioli, avocado, and lettuce. A satisfying burrito.
I chose the black bean patty. It came with crispy onion rings, lettuce, tomatoes, American "cheese", and a sweet BBQ sauce. Very messy and yummy.
