This firm tofu, from New Asian Spice Supermarket is absolutely incredible. It’s price is ridiculously good and it’s texture is amazing - doesn’t crumble and isn’t rubbery at all. Lovely shop owner too!

Delicious beetroot wraps! I love their pop of colour and the fact that they taste just like regular wraps. Over 3g of protein per wrap!

This oat milk is delicious, the best I have tried! Works so well in coffee and tea and divinely creamy. It doesn’t split like other oat milks and doesn’t have that ‘oily’ texture that some do. It’s pricey (R48) but well worth it.

This milk doesn’t taste great at all on its own or in tea/coffee. Considering it’s price (around R45) it’s quite disappointing. Works well in smoothies!

So happy to see this brand being stocked in SA! I found these at R40 each and the ingredients are lovely. Each ball is quite rich and filling.

The burger was really tasty, with their own take on a beyond beef patty. The portion was huge and it was great for an indulgent, novelty meal at R99 for burger and chips.
