It tastes rather different from non-vegan mac and cheese, but it wasn’t bad. I’ve had better types of dairy free cheese, though.
The taste of the noodles was kind of floury and pasty. They have a tiny bit more protein than normal pasta, but other than that I wouldn’t buy them again.
I’ve had their onion and everything bagels, and I really like the everything bagels but the onion bagels are kind of dry and flavorless. They really need to be very toasted and topped to be enjoyable.

I love the flavor of the Mandarin sauce, although the “morsels” can have a bit of a chewy texture. I like them best if you fry them long enough until they’re a bit browned and then sauté them for a minute in the sauce.
