Good golly this was good! I asked for it sans sour cream and added some guacamole. Filled full of spinach, mushrooms and perfectly griddled onions. And oh that red chili!
The fact that I brought my omnivore brother here and he felt like everything was delicious means this place if vegan legit! The Buffalo Bacon Ranch sando blew me away and I will be back for more. Again, and again, and again.

I had never had them before, but now I can say that bean-filled, cabbage and pickled onion topped Yucatán panuchos are delicious!
