I am so delighted to have 25 days of chocolate. Not just any chocolate, this is the GOOD STUFF — handmade, local, vegan, fair trade, organic, DELICIOUS. I am so happy I could cry 🥲 Sorry for shouting. I am very excited though.
A surprise strawberry cupcake from a sweet friend. Good density, excellent flavour, and the icing is perfection. (Honestly so stoked to have a vegan cupcake flavour option outside of chocolate.)
Fried chickun, fries, and choice of dip (I went with garlic aioli) - heck yes I am so glad I took myself for a walk today to get this delicious treat!

Fig is a hidden gem in Gordon Head, and this falafel wrap is dreamy. House made falafel, lettuce, tomato, pickled turnips, tahini.

I always regret ordering sweet things, but have learned to accept my pre-coffee decision making for what it is: Impaired. I won’t hold it against these innocent pancakes though, because they were objectively good.

This croissant was the highlight of my day. My heart is broken because all that remains is this picture and a memory 🥲 13/10, the best thing I have eaten in a very long while.
Discovery Coffee serves Yonni’s doughnuts (which is their own bakery) and they always have a vegan one on deck! The classic is a straightforward yeast doughnut with a vanilla glaze. Tastes like childhood; 10/10 never disappoints!
