Classic seitan, not much to say. Still not found a great recipe to cook very good seitan dish at home.
Only tried to cook a couple of dishes with this. A little sour need to be balanced with other flavours.
Not a fun of the cookie dough taste, that was the only vegan ice cream I founded for a while, until this. I really enjoyed the taste! It is not a vegan version of the salted caramel ice cream (that I'm still waiting to find) more
The product is frozen so it last longer. Very quick to good and the taste is simple but nice
Very similar to feta cheese, maybe a little less savoury.

Standard paff pastry, not much to say. I mainly use it for salty dishes.
I like the texture. The taste is good, but not very spicy, I would prefer it a little more savoury.
The product tastes fine. A little bit too orangey in my opinion.
