I was expecting the dried fruit bar tang that many other vegan snacks tend to have, but I was really pleasantly surprised by this one! Nice and chewy, with a lovely texture from the quinoa.

Gotta love a good earl grey specimen - the corn flowers are a nice touch inside. Really like the effort the brand have put in to be plastic free and eco too. Yum!

Amazing idea - really appreciate being able to have a reliable simple to use egg replacer. We tried this in a Yorkshire pudding and tart recipe and they tasted SOOOO authentic!
