Surprisingly good sandwich with chicken taste (if that’s what you’re after) and good on the run.

These yeast flakes are a nice, less expensive alternative to Bragg (which are appear to have less fat but more sodium). The taste is very cheesy. Made in Estonia.

Nice soy free blend that works well in coffee or on cereal or oats. Reasonable price and worth a try.

The only imitation meat we buy, this mince is a quality product, high protein, it looks and cooks just like beef mince and is great for a chilli. Worth a try :)
