I thought it tasted similar to bacon! Even raw it tasted like a good cold cut of meat. However, my total carnivore friends were less impressed. I’d give it a try.

lou the freshly made ones are really nice and smoky, they're usually made of fish but there are veg versions of it too :)Reply
