I was craving a BLT, so I grabbed this package of Smart Bacon by Lightlife. I'm impressed!! It gets crispy, but it still has a nice chewy texture. The flavoring is also spot on. This is really not good to eat on its own because it's so salty. It really shouldn't be called "smart" with that much salt. It's okay crumbled in other dishes because it has so much salt. #veganbacon #salty #bacon
