Pulled Jackfruit in Smoky BBQ Sauce

This is good but there's definitely pieces of jackfruit skin in the package that feel like pieces of plastic. Good flavor but I probably won't buy again for that reason.

Quinoa Quick Cup With Mango And Roasted Pepper

I ended up putting this on a vegan tortilla with some vegan sour cream and taco seasoning. It was ok on its own but I liked it better with a little more flavor enhancement.

Cauliflower Quick Cup Peruvian Vegetable Ceviche

This made for a great quick lunch today. You can eat cold or warm up, no refrigeration necessary. Next time, I'll probably put this in a vegan tortilla with some vegan sour cream! I found it to have a pretty significant lime flavor which I like but it might not be for everyone. It also comes with a spoon that works but isn't ideal. 😁
