Pulled Jackfruit in Smoky BBQ Sauce

i enjoyed the flavor and texture of this smoky bbq jackfruit! the package ended up being about 1.5 servings for me which was a little awkward, but i made some lovely loaded quesadillas that were very tasty. although i enjoy the smoky flavor, i noticed that the sauce was a little too sweet for me (i was kind of surprised at how sweet it was) and also very heavy on the spice. i would not recommend this jackfruit for the faint of heart, as i wasn’t really expecting it to be spicy at all and it ended up having quite the kick.. overall, this is a quick and convenient meal component; however, if i have the time i think id rather purchase my own sauce less jackfruit and either make or use a store bought sauce of my choosing. #jackfruit #pulledjackfruit #bbq #bbqjackfruit

I love the quick and easy pack just heat snd serve .I didn’t add anything but cabbage and bun it was way to spicy for me . I will give it another go but will sauté onions and other things.to cut the spice down the texture was good . #traderjoes #veganisnotscary #vegan

Texture was great but it was waaaay too sweet. The one bag was the perfect portion for 2 servings. It's a nice quick meal option. The instructions to put the bag in boiling water were a bit offputting so I poured it into a pan and heated it up that way instead.
