Quite enjoyed this. I added some red onion to it as the topping was a bit sparse but tasty none the less. The cauliflower was the highlight for me. Pretty good value too x

I enjoyed these particularly the herbs and spicing which were lovely and not over the top. They look great too once cooked. I had mine with wholegrain rice and veggies but they'd be ideal with pasta. I'll get two meals out more

Was a bit disappointed by this to be honest. Not as delicious as I thought it was going to be and the taste of the cauliflower didn't come through. Nice idea though and quick and easy to prepare and dish up x
