This is one of the most delicious cookies ever. The base of it reminds me of snickerdoodles. It looks really pretty with the frosting and glaze. This would be perfect for Christmas.

Got this from Fresh Thyme. Bought it for use on making vegan sandwiches. Taste tested it, very sweet and tangy flavor. I already like this spread so much, and that makes me even more excited to have my sandwich. Everyone needs to try this.
