Eggs Benedict. They use a coconut cream for the Hollandaise sauce. This is a dish that is hard to vegan-ize and they did a great job!

Vegan cupcakes to buy as singles or for a party. They always have chocolate and vanilla and usually have a third rotating flavor (pictured is fall - pumpkin flavor!)
