I use it on toast or veggies. It has a very subtle taste, spreads nicely, it's light, has about 1/4 of calories in butter.

Available at health food store. A good substitute for creamy cheese though I feel we shouldn't be looking for the identical taste of cheese more something to eat with bread or crackers.
