An Chay

An Chay is an all vegan restaurant serving dishes inspired by vietnamese cuisine.
Everything in the menu sounded super delicious and it was really hard to decide what to order.

I went for some udon noodles with lots of veggies and tofu. The presentation was amazing and the food was delicious. The veggies tasted very fresh and tofu had a nice consistency. 
I'll definitely go there again.

Inari Ramen

This restaurant isn't completely vegan but offers a range of vegan dishes. Everything is clearly marked as vegan including starters and deserts.

I went for the Inari Ramen. They also offer mock duck or jackfruit ramen. Probably not too authentic but definitely tasty and original.
The portion was really large, I could barely finish it.
The broth was a bit too salty for my taste but that's probably because I rarely use salt when cooking myself. 

The Inari Tofu was amazing. Went there with three omni friends and they ended up eating all of my Inari Tofu because it was so delicious. 😂

I definitely recommend this place. If you can you should reserve in advance because it can get quite busy on the weekends.

Mosch Mosch is a Japanese inspired restaurant chain. They have a lot clearly marked vegan options like Ramen, PokéBowls or fried stuff (not sure about the curries right now). They also have vegan starters and they even thought of marking their drinks, including wines, as vegan which I haven't seen too often. The only thing missing is vegan desert but I'm usually full after the main course anyway. 

I ordered the Yakiudon, usually my go to dish, with extra Tofu. The dish itself comes with fried udon noodles and veggies which may vary due to what's in season. For a little extra money you can add whatever you like, Tofu, Tempeh (which I also really like there) and even Beyond Meat.

Everything always tastes fresh and not overcooked, the staff is always nice and friendly and willing to help if you have questions.
To those that don't like sweet drinks I recommend the home made green tea ice tea which is unsweetened but comes with a bit of a lemon juice. It's always super refreshing.

A typical salad bowl I'd say. Not too original but very fresh and tasty. 

You can choose between vegan mashed potatoes or salad as a base. I chose the salad base and everything was super fresh and crunchy.
The peanut dressing was also very tasty. 

I added some vegan goat cheese which usually doesn't come with this dish but if you ask you can add it as an extra.
