Mosch Mosch is a Japanese inspired restaurant chain. They have a lot clearly marked vegan

options like Ramen, PokéBowls or fried stuff (not sure about the curries right now). They also have vegan starters and they even thought of marking their drinks, including wines, as vegan which I haven't seen too often. The only thing missing is vegan desert but I'm usually full after the main course anyway.

I ordered the Yakiudon, usually my go to dish, with extra Tofu. The dish itself comes with fried udon noodles and veggies which may vary due to what's in season. For a little extra money you can add whatever you like, Tofu, Tempeh (which I also really like there) and even Beyond Meat.

Everything always tastes fresh and not overcooked, the staff is always nice and friendly and willing to help if you have questions.
To those that don't like sweet drinks I recommend the home made green tea ice tea which is unsweetened but comes with a bit of a lemon juice. It's always super refreshing.
