The „girella al pistacchio“ was really good.
The dough was outstanding, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
The dough itself wasn’t too sweet, which allowed the pistachios cream to shine.

A little bit on the pricey more

The product is quite good, mainly I use it to cook my lentil ragout.
