I love this for pastas, great alternative, can’t even tell a difference.

Working in Maple Plain there are no places to find a plant based lunch that isn’t salad. I was so happy to see they added the Impossible Burger to their menu! They used to have a veggie burger but it had cheese mixed in. more

Target Field offers the Field Roast Vegan Dog at the Hennepin Grille concessions. It’s not on the digital menu but they have it, $5. They do have the Vegan Burger on the menu. This hit the spot - I went back for seconds more

This is one of my favorites because their tofu is surprisingly good, the spice is great, and the zucchini noodles are amazing in this sauce. You could do the regular spaghetti noodle or rice noodle also but I like the zucchini more

Have to swap out the chicken for tofu and ax the queso but this dish was so good and filling. Spicy. And the pepitas and fresh jalapeños are the best.

Guilty pleasure sofritas tacos are the best for vegan fast food options.

Have to ask for no bacon but this was the first time I’ve had these here and was blown away. Nice and spicy!

This was with the impossible burger and they included a vegan queso. They have a handful of Impossible Burger options but this was on their Crave Cares menu to go to charity. It was great!
