This is the best Parmesan replacement that I’ve tried. It’s delicious over pasta and salads. It’s definitely my go-to for Parmesan.
Follow Your Heart can do no wrong! This shred style of Parmesan is perfect for pasta or salads. The 3rd photo shows it on my favorite pasta made with snow peas, asparagus, sun dried tomatoes and canned artichokes. I’m sure I added more shreds than this pic shows!
