Love these noodles, great alternative to regular noodles! The company also makes different ones like chickpea, kale,etc.
The mix is vegan and it gives you vegan alternatives to using egg to make it on the back, tastes good!
All you have to do is add water, tastes good and comes in a mason jar so you can reuse it!
I really like these as a quick snack or something to grab on the go!
