I have not seen vegan hot chocolate available here in Toronto, so I’m certainly happy to be able to purchase it from an American retailer. Ironically, Castle Kitchen is a Canadian company! This hot chocolate is absolutely fantastic! It combines two classic flavours - mint and dark chocolate - which are very prevalent in the taste. I’ve made this hot chocolate powder with both water and plant-based milk. I prefer using the plant-based milk as it’s thicker and foamy which I really like.  Unfortunately I didn’t have any vegan marshmallows to complement my hot chocolate. Winter is just starting so I think I’ll be , I drinking hot chocolate for the next few months. I will be buying this brand again, this flavour and/or others. Castle Kitchen offer several flavors, most of which are vegan.

My mom bought this hot chocolate on Amazon because she loves anything mint! It’s delicious! I added a splash of soy milk and topped it with vegan marshmallows!! I would love to try the classic caramel dark chocolate flavour! ✨😌
Thank you to veganinvictoria for reminding me of what was in my tea/coffee/choccy cupboard ( i thought it was camino brand as well). I am a sucker for all things mint, when i want to warm up my cockles to a classic bing tv, i warm up this bad boy and the world is restored again.. almost, one vegan at a time hey vegillions? #chocoholic
