So nice to see meat substitutes at places like Sam’s. The easier to find the easier will be for more people to transition to a vegan diet.

I love a taco bean soup. I always add at least three varieties of beans, pinto being one of them. I can put a ton of veggies and it’s so hearty.

These tomatoes are so sweet. Delicious in my salad with just some lemon and EVOO. I wish they were organic… but still so yummy!

These ginger chewies are great. Just candied ginger. They also go great with a cocktail!

I absolutely love that I can find organic hummus at Aldis. My fear to transitioning to a vegan diet has always been cost. At Aldis one can find vegan products at a very reasonable price. 😀

I love sweetening smoothies with dates. The best part is that I can add it to my kids drinks and they don’t even miss that processed, refined sugar.

Another product to help me in my transition to a vegan lifestyle. The changes are small, but I know they will add up eventually.
