Medjool dates are my utmost fav! 🤤😍 though they are really pricey *sobss I was also happy that I finally got around to having a highspeed blender 🙌 that handles fibrous dates like a breeze ~ 😇 Hence I'm able to enjoy a thick smoothie bowl (as abv) hehe 👉 I threw in all the leftover oat pulp (excellent source of fibre/roughage) from blending my oat milk + some usual smoothie ingredients for a Sunday brunch 😉 #naturalsweetness #dates #medjool
