Brought this for lockdown, just in case. I don’t tend to eat this type of thing but decided to give it a go as it was fairly low carb (I’m type 1 so this is important). Is a good alternative if you’re in to pasta. Not quite more
Great on gf pizza, gf pasta and I also put it in soup. Primarily a nutritional yeast base. I use nutritional yeast a lot and just brought this out of curiosity- to try something new, but like it and will buy again.
Fantastic Australian product, but warning it packs a massive punch. This is Apple cider vinegar on steroids. Amazing in a salad dressing. You can take it straight or with water but I have to psych myself up to do this. It’s more
This is my favourite brand of coconut oil. It has a very mild taste and scent. Love the dark glass jar. I use coconut oil in everything and have found brand to be very adaptable.
Great tasting tomato paste. I use it in soups, sauces, on pizza etc. Easy to use packaging and low salt content.
Not actually a clerical but wasn’t sure where else to put it. I use chai seeds often to make puddings and in smoothies. These ones are great, reasonable price and easy resealable packaging. They are grown in Bolivia though more
Tastes good and less sugar than the canned organic variety that I can get. Made in the UK which unfortunately for me in Australia means lots of food miles but I wasn’t actually able to find an Oz made version in either supermarket more
Really yummy vegan, paleo, low carb, gluten-free, no added sugar creamy oat free porridge. Tastes great made with almond milk and with some blueberries on top.
Really good for baking. Made in Australia which is always good. Nice and finely ground with a lovely nutty taste.
Delicious paste, very earthy flavour. Lasts for a really long time. Makes a great biscuits.
