Love that they come in spaghetti and fettuccine styles. I personally prefer the spaghetti noodles

as they are easier to cook with, great for 1 pot kind of pasta as they cook soo fast. Got on Catch for much cheaper (compared to Coles) #veganisnotscary

I made some vegan creamy pasta with this noodles and omg it’s amazing. The noodles

don’t taste much, but are very satiating. Texture is good. I like both the soybean and the edamame one. Very high in protein.

Spaghetti di soia che non hanno la forma degli spaghetti. Il gusto non è buonissimo,

e la consistenza è strana. L'unico pro è che 50g riempie il piatto e ha poche calorie. Va bene se si è a dieta.

Brought this for lockdown, just in case. I don’t tend to eat this type of

thing but decided to give it a go as it was fairly low carb (I’m type 1 so this is important). Is a good alternative if you’re in to pasta. Not quite sure if I’ll buy it again though.
