I used this coconut & almond alpro milk🥛 in chia pudding and I loved how it added a hint of coconut tase and a bit of almond but as much as I loved it in chia pudding, I am not a fan of it by itself or in cereal🥣
My favourite lunch is wok. This time I used soba noodles that I bought in lidl and I absolutely loved them🍜
I find that often when I make veggie soups I miss the protein in them. So I often find myself adding beans from the can in my soups. I find that it is a good way to include protein in your meal without having to cook for hours🥘

I find this to be a super nutricious breakfast packed with goodness.
This morning i made some oatmeal with oat milk. Oat milk adds creamines and a touch of sweetness to the oatmeal❤
So today for lunch I made some delicious homemade meat free "ham"burger. I used sriracha mixed with vegan mayo as a sauce. Siriracha adds spiciness and makes everything extra flavorful❤
