This was pleasant and refreshing, part of their seasonal menu. You can never go wrong with the soft chewy peach gum! However it was not too special. A homely dessert nonetheless :)

I love the tenderness of the mushroom hidden underneath! So packed with flavour and retains a wholesome texture. Best dish of the 7 course fine dining set.

Super yummy konjac jelly sashimi! Each of the three sashimi types had a slightly different taste, but the texture was similar. Would reccomend!
