Tasty little appetiser before the mains. The red quinoa sushi is filled with tofu, avocado, and wasabi mayo (I’m not a fan of wasabi but you can barely taste it).

Very delicate taste at first, then it explodes in your mouth thanks to the pepper oil and the not-caviar. Love it

This oat based (not) milk is da bomb! Tastes amazing. You can taste that is oat based but very very faintly. It’s the only milk replacement I can drink cold with cereals and feel almost no difference with cow milk! Well done, Alpro.

Gluten free & vegan sandwich with avocado, tomato, fried aubergine and pistachio’s pesto. Delicious!

Possibly the best cake I’ve ever had! Taste delicious and it’s both soft and moist. If you like caramel/toffee taste, this is the perfect treat.

Nice idea and presentation. The strips are a bit dry but could be a good chicken replacement in dishes with sauces.
