This cake was delicious. Maybe a bit too sweet for my personal taste, which in my opinion overpowered the pistachio taste, but still so great! The sponge cake was perfectly made, super light. I am just very happy to see more

Amazing dish with creamy, nutty sauce and great flavors! The truffle is a delicious addition. The serving size was also ideal.

This dish was really tasty and a good portion. The vegan ricotta on top made ut very balanced and the vegan meatballs were delicious.
