A very good flavor. texture is like chunky hummus more than tuna but I can imagine this delish in a sandwich. Maybe missing a little sweetness or relish

Kind of bland plantain chips. Maybe some lime or tajin

Very ginger forward but that’s it. There are no other spices. No cinnamon nutmeg and cloves makes them kinda bland.
