Delicious plant-based take on a local standby. The seitan was served with grilled onions and peppers and a side of fries. A tasty decedent treat.

The dish was fantastic! It came on a sizzling hot cast iron platter. I added a vegan fried egg which was terrific, along with garlic rice. I finished the meal with their Leche Flan which was amazing.

A delicious non-dairy option at the airport. I purchased a small cup of the coconut swirl and added raspberries and strawberries.
