Incredibly fishy and convincing thanks to the nori wrapping. The mayo and kimchi gave a nice sauciness to the burger. Everything tasted fresh and packed with flavour, chips included.
I got the coconut and lime flavour and was instantly surprised with a very creamy coconut filling. It nice level of sweetness balanced by a strong lime zing. Thanks to the sourdough it was pretty airy too! A very even fluffy texture.

First time trying pastramheat, and it worked really well with the pickles on this. A nice zingy bagel - the 'cheese' and mayo provided a nice balance too. They had a very clear vegan list in-store, so buying was simple. more
