It was nice! Very sugary and sweet! I am still to uncover how I can complement it with other condiments!

Grilled rice paper rolls 😋 mind the mild ugliness in the presentation.

This was just fine. I've never eaten a babybell - so not sure if they taste like OG cheese! It defo tasted cheesey - but quite bland :/

chandnibhudia Ah I will try this for next time! Maybe in a pasta bake! Reply
helena12345 Babybel used to sell really tiny ‘bowls’ that fits only 1 babybel, and it supposed to go into a microwave and we ate that for breakfast

mistervg wow can i have the recipe plzReply
chandnibhudia Hello 👋 so it was just plant milk (I used Mighty brand - whole milk and some the pea one) warm up, fresh lemon juice for curdling, and that's it! Separate liquid using like a milk bag, or clean thin cloth will do, make into shape, warm pan with sugar and saffron milk to soak up that flavor, take out for rasmalai to cool, and then once milk and safron from pan is also cool, mix in with rasmalai:) keep in fridge to keep cool and munch Reply
chandnibhudia I think soy milk will work the best tbhReply
chandnibhudia Happy experimenting!Reply
