Pizza Pop

You can get this either lacto vegetarian or vegan.  I ordered it with vegan cheese.  Overall I was quite pleased with the presentation of the pizza and the cheese was better than other vegan cheeses I’ve had in the past.  Perhaps vegan cheese is moving up in the world :). The sauce and dough was the best part of the dish.  It was the closest I’ve had to pizza when I was Italy.  The veggies also tasted quite good too!  They have student deals where you can get a pizza and non-alcoholic drink for 5.50£ .  If you order with vegan cheese it’s 1.00£ extra.  So, not bad! I would recommend it if you’re in Brighton.

Koko Plain Yogurt Alternative

Who said being vegan meant you had to give up yogurt?!  This is where I present to you KoKos Dairy Free coconut yogurt.  This was my first time trying coconut based yogurt and I loved it.  The taste is semi-sweet and, you guessed it, like a coconut.  Yum! This consistency is also nice, it's not too thick but not really soupy either.  I have this during the week for breakfast when I am vegan.  To spice it up I add chia seeds for my iron and protein.  Also, I add some dairy free granola for some crunch.  
It's very soothing on the stomach in the morning and I noticed it's less heavy on my digestive system.  
You could also eat this as a desert alternative or to put on top of soups or stews in place of traditional sour cream.  
I found many vegan items at Turkish Food Market and would high recommend it if you're living in or visiting Brighton.  The staff is very friendly and if you want to practice your Turkish language skills even better ;)
Overall, this yogurt is smooth, semi-sweet, filling, and can be used in various forms.

Greasy Spoon

Had a relaxing Sunday brunch here with my boyfriend.  This dish is completely vegan consisting of: vegan sausages, bread, vegan butter, delicious mashed avocado with red onions, beans, Portobello mushrooms with and potatoes.  I added their special, spicy mango salsa on top of the mushrooms to give it an extra kick.  
Overall, a delicious dish for vegans and non-vegans alike.  This meal also includes multiple refills of coffee and water.  A good deal for Stockholm.  
Price is 159 Swedish Krona or approximately 16,00 Euro.  
I highly recommend this cafe if you're visiting Stockholm.

Excellent dish for a light lunch.  The meal consisted of a slice of whole grain bread, goats cheese, caramelized onion, drizzled with basalmic dressing.  Additionally, there was a side salad of green lettuce, tomato, cabbage and basalmic vinegar dressing.  
This dish is a good choice for a light lunch on a hot, sunny summer afternoon.  It left me feeling satisfied but not overall full, so I still had enough energy for the rest of my day for other activities.  
Overall, the taste was fresh and a nice balance of flavours.  The atmosphere of this cafe was casual and cozy.
