This is the dish of the moment which is off the menu. It is hot and seems elaborate but it lacks a little taste and the salad dressing is almost non-existent. That deserves some spices to bring it all up.

This dish is a stir-fried eggplants with mushrooms and green onions in a sweet soy and ginger sauce. It was served on a bed of steamed rice. Very tasty with the right blalance sweet-salty.

Homey restaurant attached to a gas station. They serve meat but 100% of the salad buffet is vegan and very varied. Their hummus is one of the best.

There are few vegan dishes on the menu but the vegan ramen was very tasty. It's just too bad that there's the possibility of adding eggs to this dish called "Vegan Ramen".
