This little vegan omelette packet was awesome! Just add water and cook it up, and you’re done! I of course added a lot of ingredients which made my omelette turn out more like a scramble, but it was still delicious! It didn’t taste eggy, but it definitely have a lovely texture and was super nutritious! I’d buy these way more often if I could, but I got it at the Brussels Vegan Festival and haven’t seen it in grocery stores since! (I think it’s German)
