Shoyu Ramen Special at T's TanTan - Narita Airport — windgal's Review (Oct 8, 2025)

T's Tantan is a fully-vegan ramen place in Tokyo with good reviews at Google. Pleasantly surprised to come across this at the Narita Airport. My partner ordered the Shoyu Ramen Special which came with 3 pieces of gyoza, 2 big chunks of mock meat and some green sprouts.
The highlight for me has got to be the gyozas - charred on one side and were exploding with flavour ✨. I believe they contained chives, possibly tofu and were seasoned with soy sauce. The mock meat was so-so.
Overall a very pricey but enjoyable bowl of ramen at 1,900yen.
