Avocado tomato toastie at Phuket 346 Guest House and Cafe — sianski's Review (Oct 8, 2025)

I have to 5 star this toastie because it wasn’t on the menu but as soon as the staff knew I was vegan they went to great trouble to make sure I could have something for breakfast.
Plain and simple avocado and tomato, a drizzle of oil on the sourdough toast. Perfect.
The twin sisters who run this guest house are gems, so hospitable and kind. They have a few rooms available to stay above the cafe and a guest house with three double rooms. It’s on a pretty, warmly painted street in the heart of Old Phuket.
