This was a delicious find at Vegfest 😋 Energize are really good for vegan grocery shopping because they have loads of cool imported stuff that no one else has, but on this occasion I was more drawn to the cooked food offering at their stall 🙂 This #nasigudeg combined fragrant spiced rice with two piquant and #spicy #fakemeat curries (don't ask me what they were approximating, I was just too hungry and #couldntresist 😛), the tenderest and most aromatic slabs of #tempeh, a savoury #vegetablesalad, and a pretty feisty #sambal ☺️ Crazy portion size too, excellent if you're a #gluttonousvegan!

Not sure if they serve up cooked meals in-store, but if you find them at a vegan event near you then maybe you'll encounter this delightful offering!
